What It Can Do

Parse the URL, show the real hostname, open an existing urlscan search, and request a no-key screenshot preview through WordPress.com mShots.

What It Cannot Do

A static browser app cannot render arbitrary websites into screenshots by itself. The screenshot provider may be slow, blocked, outdated, or unable to capture some sites.

Privacy Note

Do not submit private portals, password reset links, tokens, customer pages, intranet URLs, or URLs containing personal information to third-party screenshot or scan services.
